Since its inception in 2016, Hive MLS has grown to represent over 19,000 brokers and appraisers across the Southeast, spanning North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia. This cooperative consolidation simplifies the lives of its members, offering a unified set of rules and a streamlined MLS system. By fostering a community where knowledge and resources flow freely, Hive MLS cultivates an environment where real estate professionals can flourish, much like bees in a well-tended hive, working together for a common goal.
