Supra One Update – Brokerage Package Upgrade

Supra One upgraded the Hive MLS brokerage package to the Tier 2 Broker Ecosystem for all Hive MLS members.

What to Expect
  • The agent interface will remain the same, so there should be little to no disruption or confusion.
  • This upgrade provides all Hive MLS brokerages with access to the Tier 2 Broker Ecosystem ( see details below).

No action is required from agents at this time. We appreciate your patience as this enhancement is completed.

Tier 2 Features :

1) Ability to create Brokerage Administrators   

Brokerages can appoint Brokerage Administrators (team, branch, and global administrators) who share operational responsibilities with the account owner. This helps distribute workload and scale internal support as the brokerage grows. Key capabilities include adding/deleting users, creating teams and groups, editing teams and members, and assigning team administrators.

2) Access to administrative tools   

Brokerage administrators and account owners gain access to expanded admin functionality to manage users and teams, merge/combine listing data across the brokerage, manage lockboxes and showings, send announcements, and more. Tools include the admin queue and message inbox, updating your brokerage logo, sending brokerage announcements, processing showing requests, using the template manager, viewing Supra lockbox activity, assigning lockboxes to listings, managing unassigned listings, and automatic agent transfers. 

3) Centralized service and billing management   

Brokerage administrators and account owners can centrally subscribe to brokerage-level services (such as the Live Concierge Service). This streamlines service management and ensures consistent coverage without requiring individual agent subscriptions. 

4) Offer management for listings   

Listing agents and brokerage administrators can enable offer registration on listings. This supports a more organized offer process, ensures offers are captured consistently, and keeps listing and showing agents informed about offer activity (including configuring offer instructions and using the template manager).
