(Feedback Requests) The Additional Comments text-box will now be in paragraph format
(Feedback Notification) Clicking on 'Leave Feedback' within the email notification will now direct users to the associated showing details page
(Feedback Requests Notification) Users will now be able to send Feedback Request notifications via SMS

Bug Fixes:

(External Booking Link) Scheduling an appointment through the booking link will populate the user's email address registered on BrokerBay

(Analytics Tab) Users will now be able to filter property types and subtypes
(Analytics Tab) U.S. Users will now be able to draw a custom area instead of filtering through region or neighbourhood
(Analytics Tab) Diction has been updated within analytics for user comprehension

Bug Fixes:

(Analytics Tab) Clicking on the eyeball tool for a pre-populated area will no longer generate an error message
(Analytics Tab) Selecting certain cities and counties from the drop-down menu will no longer generate an error message

Market-Specific Adjustments:

(TRREB/ITSO) When a listing agent is added / removed on the MLS listing, our system will automatically add / remove the agent from the listing contacts for that listing
(TRREB/ITSO/RAHB) All "Private (Exclusive)" status listings in Ontario that were created in recent periods will be adjusted to display as "Exclusive"
(TRREB/RAHB/ITSO) "Private (Exclusive)" status reverted to "New Construction"

- (Seller Dashboard) Listing Agents can now invite their vendors to the Seller's Dashboard within the Showing Configurations before an appointment is booked
- (Seller Dashboard) Once an invitation is sent, Listing Agents will still have the ability to resend invitation links
- (Showing Configurations) Users can now set the minimum showing notice to less than an hour
- (Showing Configurations) Overnight Notice Tool will now display a tooltip informing users that enabling this feature will disable showings until the next available time slot on the following day
- (Master Lock) Users can now enable/disable auto-generated codes (i.e., manual code) within the Showing Configuration on a listing-by-listing basis
- (Tours) When scheduling a tour, the route will be optimized based on the first listing scheduled within the tour
- (Live Concierge Visibility) The Live Concierge phone number will now be more visible throughout the mobile app
- (SMS Notifications) The Showing Type of an appointment will now appear within each SMS text notification
- (User Search) Users can now search for other users with less than 3 character inputs
- (Merge/Combine Tool) When manually using the merge/combine tool, users will now be able to use the Eyeball tool for further insight on each listing before completing the merge/combine step
- (Booking Showings) Users will now receive a small prompt confirming if the appointment that they requested has been successfully booked
- (Listing Status) A new status will be available for the Canadian Marketplace, "Private (Exclusive)" status will allow brokerages to post intra-brokerage listings

- (Answering Service) The Answering Service provider will now be updated when a user transfers brokerages
- (Billings Tab) The Outstanding Balance will now update with the complete unpaid/owing amount when a payment declines
