What's New

The Brokerbay Showing Cart feature allows you to access and organize multiple showings (desktop) on the MLS at any time, even late in the evening when you're planning your day. This convenient tool helps you efficiently plan and schedule showings, making your job as a real estate professional easier and more streamlined.

How to Use the BrokerBay Showing Cart: 

1.    On the left-hand side click on “menu” then “quick search” Set Property Type, Status

2.    Click “details” on the right-hand side 

3.   Select the listing you want to include in your tour

4.   On the right side - click on ellipse menu and then BB Tours Your selections will be populated on this page.

5.  This will redirect you to the Showing Cart in BrokerBay.

Feature Enhancements:

  • (Feedback Requests) The Additional Comments text-box will now be in paragraph format
  • (Feedback Notification) Clicking on 'Leave Feedback' within the email notification will now direct users to the associated showing details page
  • (Feedback Requests Notification) Users will now be able to send Feedback Request notifications via SMS

Bug Fixes:

  • (External Booking Link) Scheduling an appointment through the booking link will populate the user's email address registered on BrokerBay

  • (Analytics Tab) Users will now be able to filter property types and subtypes 
  • (Analytics Tab) U.S. Users will now be able to draw a custom area instead of filtering through region or neighbourhood

Bug Fixes:

  • (Analytics Tab) Clicking on the eyeball tool for a pre-populated area will no longer generate an error message

    • (Seller Dashboard) Listing Agents can now invite their vendors to the Seller's Dashboard within the Showing Configurations before an appointment is booked
    • (Seller Dashboard) Once an invitation is sent, Listing Agents will still have the ability to resend invitation links
    • (Showing Configurations) Users can now set the minimum showing notice to less than an hour
    • (Showing Configurations) Overnight Notice Tool will now display a tooltip informing users that enabling this feature will disable showings until the next available time slot on the following day
    • (Master Lock) Users can now enable/disable auto-generated codes (i.e., manual code) within the Showing Configuration on a listing-by-listing basis
