It's important to note that data feed is a policy that governs which MLS data can be shared and displayed on a REALTORS® websites.

How to get your link?


    Get your link
    - Go to Flexmls.com and log into your account
    - Go to Menu > Preferences > IDX Manager
    - At the bottom of the page click "Retrieve your IDX Lite Link"
    - A Screen Will Pop up Giving you 3 Options for the type of link you can create. 
    - After selecting your option a text box will appear at the bottom of the page with your new IDX Lite Link. 
    - Copy and use wherever you would like to include your link.

    Add MLS Search in an HTML iFrame
    - Create iFrame. Replace the text in between the quotes with your Lite Link URL:
     <iframe src='replace_with_your_link' frameborder="0" width="100%" height="650"></iframe>
    - Copy entire line of iFrame code including left and right brackets
    - Paste into the HTML of the page where you want to display your LITE SE IDX Link

    If you are a Website or BackOffice (IDX/FIU) Vendor and are interested in entering a Vendor Data Access Agreement with NCRMLS, and be advertised on this page – please contact rets@ncrmls.com. 


    All other Website vendors will need to enter a Participant Data Access Agreement with the Broker and the Broker’s Association.  There is typically a setup and annual fee charged by the Association for these feeds.  Please have the Broker contact their Association for more details.
