What Is NCRMLS

 NCRMLS is a Wholesale Cooperative MLS that empowers REALTOR® Associations and MLSs to connect their REALTORS® throughout North Carolina by providing the most reliable and accurate real estate data, a powerful best-in-class toolset, and innovative training at the lowest cost possible.  


Our Cooperative consolidation greatly simplifies NCRMLS Member REALTORS®' lives by giving them one set of rules with a robust, streamlined MLS system that provides them the essential services and powerful best-in-class MLS Tools with the training they want and expects — all from a single MLS platform. 


Since its inception in 2016, the NCRMLS has grown to over 12,800 REALTORS® and Appraisers. Stretching from Southampton County in Virginia to Horry County in South Carolina and inland as far as Anson County, Chatham County, and Orange County, giving properties in the region more exposure nationwide, helping REALTORS® in our member organizations work more efficiently.
