Hive MLS: Docs+ 101

Docs+ 101 is an introductory class designed to help Hive MLS agents get comfortable using the Remine Docs+ platform. In this session, agents will learn how to access and set up their Docs+ account, preview forms in the Form Library, and build Packages, Clause Kits, and Checklists. The class also covers how to create a Transaction Folder, complete Smart Forms, and test the e-signature process using Test Contacts. Attendees will leave knowing where to find additional support and resources to confidently manage transactions in Docs+.

Our 'Remine Pro 201' session will walk through advanced prospecting strategies and workflows to help Hive MLS agents connect—or stay connected—with their prospects. This advanced course builds upon the skills learned in 'Remine Pro 101' and introduces tips and tricks for searching and prospecting to identify potential buyer’s agent and seller’s agent leads, as well as organizing new opportunities efficiently. We will also demonstrate how to access nationwide public records, tax, and owner contact information within the interactive platform. Participants will explore property records, transaction history, and mortgage details to uncover more opportunities directly on the map. Once the data has been gathered, we will show how to export contact information, print mailing labels, create CMA reports, and send mailers using our integration with PCM Digital.

This advanced training builds upon the skills learned in 'Docs+ 101' and is designed to help Hive MLS Agents use Docs+ to its fullest potential through practical tips and tricks. The session covers how to build Packages, Clause Kits, and Checklists, along with best practices for setting up the People Panel to ensure success when creating Transaction Folders and Smart Forms. Agents will also learn helpful tips and tricks for understanding the Send versus Sign features, sharing documents with unrepresented parties and view-only participants, effectively using PDFs alongside Smart Forms, and navigating the History and E-Sign tabs to track document activity and signatures with confidence. By the end of this course, Agents will feel confident navigating advanced Docs+ features and applying best practices to manage transactions more efficiently and accurately

How To Add Custom Forms

How It Works

  • Use the Docs+ Requisition Form to submit the forms you want programmed.

  • Include any forms you’d like added — Word documents or PDFs are accepted.

  • Download and return the completed requisition form along with your files to this email:  forms@remine.com

Pricing

  • $50 per page for form programming.

What to Expect

  • Remine will work directly with your broker or office administrator to review forms and confirm costs.

  • Forms will be programmed in the order they are received, ensuring a smooth and timely setup.
