NCRMLS Clear Cooperation Video

Section 1.01 Clear Cooperation Within one (1) business day of marketing a property to the public, the listing broker must submit the listing to the MLS for cooperation with other MLS participants. Public marketing includes, but is not limited to, flyers displayed in windows, yard signs,digital marketing on public facing websites, brokerage website displays (including IDX and VOW), digital communications marketing (email blasts), multi-brokerage listing sharing networks, and applications available to the general public.(M) This does not include New Construction Listings, Commercial or Rental Property Types.

Coming Soon - Start Showing Date

The Coming Soon - Start Showing Date field is now available for agents that already have Edit rights to their own listings to be able to adjust the date themselves.  This date is still enforced to be within 30 days from the Effective Date of the listing, but MLS Staff is no longer required to make this change.

Garage / Parking - Under House

Houses with Unenclosed Pilings commonly have parking area underneath.  The MLS needed to define the # Parking Spaces that were available underneath the house.  Therefore in the Details of the Residential Property Type, a new field "Under House" has been placed under "Garage / Parking".  This field requests a numerical entry to define how many spaces are available under the house.

Condo Style - 4-Unit Bldg or Less

Clients wanted to distinguish what kind of building a condo unit was in.  The MLS Task Force agreed that this is helpful information to distinguish whether a building had more than 5 units or less.  A Y/N field was added under "Style" named "4-Unit Bldg or Less" to help agents better describe the condo building size.


This field is found under the Details of the Residential Property Type in the Style Group.

Realist to be Replaced by CRS Data

On January 1, 2021 - CRS will be the Tax Software provided to NCRMLS Subscribers.  FlexMLS is working to make this integration as seamless as possible, and it is expected that your saved searches in Realist will be moved to CRSData.  Please stay tuned to your Association for more details on training opportunities.
